Shipping & Returns



We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $800.

We advise our customers to enter complete physical address when placing order as we do not ship the items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We ship Australia wide, from Distribution Warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Orders will be shipped with the most economical courier, of our choice. In most cases we will use Star Track or other reputable Freight Companies. 

Most orders are shipped (leave our warehouse's) the next day. Please allow 7-14 Business Days for your goods to arrive. In most cases your goods will arrive much sooner.


Pick up option is NOT available at this stage.  We ship Australia wide.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you change your mind or decide the product is not what you wanted, a return is to be paid for by the customer and they will also incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail or Phone to assist you through the returns process.

  1. All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. No claims will be recognized unless this office is notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  3. Goods which are accepted for return and credit will incur a 20% handling fee.
  4. Customer refunds will incur a 5% fee to cover administration, transaction and merchant fees.
